Aggregate Truck Loader

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Truck Loader to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced aggregate environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are loaded safely and efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of our company. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

• Load trucks using a wheel loader.
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage during loading processes.
• Ensure that all items are accurately scaled before loading onto trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisor to optimize loading operations and improve efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment.
• Perform pre-check examination of the equipment.
• Keep records tracking pre-check exams and maintenance of equipment.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must follow all MSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience loading trucks is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating wheel loaders, excavators, and haul trucks is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in materials handling processes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
