Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting Magic Seasoning Blends products through in-house sales and customer service. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Convert sales leads into orders and build strong relationships with customers
- Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers
- Process sales orders, credit card transactions, website orders, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to keep account activities up-to-date
- Support regional sales managers
- Travel occasionally to local or out-of-state locations as needed
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise or World software is a plus!
