Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Member- Cashier
Reports to: Supervisor and Team Leads
Department: Revenue
Job Summary: It is the duty of all Food Service Team Members to assist in achieving the standards of Magic Springs’ food and beverage program in a range of stands
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that guest satisfaction is at all times the focus of each stand.
- Maintain proper attendance and promptness.
- Maintain proper grooming. (hair restrained, hand washing, etc.).
- Properly operate cash registers and/or aprons in accordance with cash handling policy.
- May be required to perform work in other areas of the park as needed.
- Ensuring that all food equipment is properly used and cared for.
- Maintaining a guest-ready environment which includes having sufficient product and a clean environment.
- Keeping food preparation areas clean and organized.
- Ensuring that cooking projections are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 15 yrs old
- Must have excellent cash handling and customer service skills.
- Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members effectively.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- You will also work closely with many different types of machinery. Extreme caution needs to be used at all times.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail.
