Job Summary
Join our team as a Seasonal Guest Relations Team Member and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our park! In this role, you’ll be responsible for scanning tickets and guests into the park, welcoming guests, handling ticket and season pass sales, and providing outstanding service to ensure every visitor has a memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Admissions & Transactions:
- Process season passes, admit guests, and conduct merchandise sales in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure every transaction is quick, accurate, and hassle-free.
- Guest Relations:
- Serve as an ambassador for the park by warmly greeting and assisting guests.
- Address guest inquiries, guide them through the park, and resolve any issues such as lost items or concerns promptly.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work across various Guest Relations areas to maintain a smooth and welcoming guest arrival process.
- Support team members and take on additional tasks as needed to ensure overall operational success.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members.
- Customer Service:
- A strong commitment to guest service is required; prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Operational Understanding:
- Ability to read and understand operational manuals and follow procedures accurately.
- Flexibility & Availability:
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check:
- All job offers are contingent upon successfully passing criminal, drug, alcohol, and background checks.
- Exposure:
- Comfortable working around cleaning supplies, chemicals, bodily fluids, water, dirt, and dust.
Physical Demands
- Endurance:
- Ability to stand or walk for 8–10 hours per shift.
- Mobility:
- Frequent kneeling, bending, reaching above the shoulder, pushing, and pulling are required.
- Lifting Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
- Occasionally, you may need to carry up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel hand truck.
