Job Title: Park Services Team Member
Reports to: Team Lead; Supervisor; Operations Manager
Department: Operations
Job Summary: The Park Services team member is responsible for all operational aspects of an assigned area of the department. This individual must ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for the guests and employees in and around the attractions at Magic Springs Theme and Water Park
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures guest safety and satisfaction in their stay at Magic Springs & Crystal Falls.
- Responsible for their assigned area of the park and reporting to the Park Services Supervisor or team lead.
- Cleanliness of the park, restrooms and any and all areas of the park.
- Reports all problems to the Park Services supervisors or team lead.
- Assure that they are trained properly, according to the Park Services training program.
- Daily monitoring of all equipment, supplies, maintenance, and on-going training.
- Assure all paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standard of quality guest service.
- Oversee and handle other projects, duties and responsibilities delegated by the Park Services supervisors.
- Any additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Seasonal Hourly Position
- Should be at least 16-years-old
- Friendly and outgoing
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability to stay to the end of the season
- Must have a good attendance and be to work on time
- Must be able to follow direction given to them by their supervisor and management
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work with other departments
