Compensation:

• $18–$21/hour during 90-day probationary period
• All raises require a formal performance evaluation. Pay increases to $22–$25/hour may be granted following a successful 90-day review
• Bi-weekly pay with potential performance bonuses after 6 months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise janitorial staff across multiple commercial sites, ensuring adherence to company standards
• Conduct routine quality inspections to maintain excellence in service delivery
• Manage scheduling and staff assignments, ensuring optimal coverage
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring all sites are adequately stocked
• Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies
• Communicate effectively with management and clients to address and resolve issues promptly
• Uphold and promote the company's core values in all interactions and duties

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using scheduling and communication tools
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus

Minimum Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience within the cleaning industry
• Reliable transportation for travel between job sites within Nassau County and surrounding areas
• Availability to work evening shifts (6 PM–10:30 PM) and Sundays (8:30 AM–5 PM). Sunday work is required as this is the designated day for conducting detailed inspections across all sites to ensure each location is fully prepared for Monday service. ** (6 PM–10:30 PM) and Sundays (8:30 AM–5 PM)
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies as needed
