Job Duties:
- Create and execute events and activities that drive customer traffic and result in sales growth.
- Prepare and administer a marketing plan and budget.
- Work closely with colleagues to communicate and coordinate individual task to achieve shared goals.
- Develop content for and manage a digital media program that aligns with marketing goals.
- Manage effective relationships with tenants and customers.
- Represent the organization to various outside entities.
- Participate in shared office duties
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in marketing, advertising, or comparable experience.
- Event planning and management experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills along with the ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience managing digital and social media platforms for businesses or organizations.
- Proficient with Microsoft apps and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar software).
- Experience in preparing and managing budgets..
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
- Sales/negotiation skills a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and within a team.
