Magic Valley Veterinary Hospital is searching for a receptionist to join our team as a Customer Service Representative!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior customer service experience (medical front office/veterinary experience is a plus!)
- High energy team players with excellent communication
- Great attention to detail, outgoing, and friendly
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Enjoys connecting with clients and their team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client service and communication
- Welcoming and discharging patients
- Collaboration with other team members
- Managing phone lines
- Booking appointments
- Setting up new clients and patients
- Over-the-counter sales
- Financial transactions
- General front desk duties (email, faxing, filing, etc.)
- Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
