Teacher/Child Care Provider

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong commitment to fostering their development in a safe and supportive environment. This role involves engaging with children through various activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting educational growth. A background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that align with standardized testing and curriculum development.
• Create a nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and physical development.
• Support children with special needs through individualized care and early intervention strategies.
• Foster a love for learning by incorporating Montessori methods and physical education into daily routines.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns related to child welfare.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience for all students.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with curriculum development is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and teachers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
