Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team, servicing several apartment complexes. This position requires both on-call availability and scheduled work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Availability for on-call duties and scheduled shifts as needed.
