- Key Responsibilities
- Talent Representation
- Serve as the primary point of contact between client and event organizers, promoters, venues, or clients
- Booking Engagements
- Research and identify potential opportunities for clients, including performances, speaking engagements, tours, appearances, and more.
- Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate terms, fees, and other contract details to ensure favorable conditions for the client.
- Schedule Management
- Coordinate and manage travel and accommodations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client and key industry stakeholders such as vendors
- Financial Management
- Oversee financial aspects of bookings, including payments, deposits, and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner.
