Job Details
Must have a background in SAP implementation and customization
Steer UAT Testing with ability to write scripts with heavy QA Team interaction
This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and training to end-users
Work closely with QA Teams/business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to test cases and scenarios
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with other systems, such as CRM, eCommerce, and third-party applications
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP configuration, processes, and procedures
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP
8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
