What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Night Time Manager position at MagiClean?
Overview
MagiClean is looking to hire a Night Time Manager to oversee nightly operations for Janitorial Services cleanings and employees. Night time manager would need to conduct inspections and cover missed shifts on a nightly basis, Monday through Thursday from 8pm to Midnight, and Saturdays from 4pm to 8 pm. If coverage is necessary, there may be some additional hours required.
Responsibilities
- Remotely and in person supervise and coordinate all night shift activities, ensuring high standards of service and proper security through out client locations.
- Conduct nightly inspections to ensure quality operations of cleaning services
- Make sure operators are meeting all safety standards
- Filling in for cleans to cover call-offs
- Reporting to company management results and improvements that are necessary to continue conducting successful operations of cleaning services
- Filling in for cleans will include - sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, changing trash, and other duties that are related to janitorial services.
- Solve problems that come up for Janitorial Operators
- Other tasks related to delivering successful cleaning services to clients

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
