What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Specialist Construction position at MAGID GLOVE & SAFETY MANUFACTURING CO, LLC?
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone and email communications from your assigned accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze inventory levels to determine warehouse selection for order entry
- Frequently provide detailed quotes with requested quantities and information to customers via email & phone
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming communications from internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to customer demands
- Contact Magid suppliers to inquire on ETA dates, expedites and potential cancelation requests
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Accurately enter orders and customer data into an AS/400 system
- Solution oriented and self-motivated
- Able to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers and sales team
- Provide back-up coverage for peers when needed
- Other tasks as assigned

Experience/Education Required/Sought:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- On the job training provided
Work Environment/Physical Requirements/PPE:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
