As a Senior Resolutions Analyst, you will focus on account reconciliation and analysis. You will be responsible for reconciling customer accounts and collaborating with internal and external customers at various levels with focus on Portal accounts. This role will comply with departmental / company policies and procedures to ensure that goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Daily/weekly download of assigned portfolio customer corporate accounts
- Research and update status for open invoices, disputes
- Analyze trends on customers’ accounts and adjust prevent invoices from going past due
- Review any customers’ order holds.
- Analyze account, resolve any discrepancies and determine if customers’ orders can be released
- Assist customers with their requests / needs
- Collaborate with our customers via phone, e-mail, etc. to resolve issues
- Accessing, examining and extracting data from customer web portals
- Enter comments to record collection activities
Please Note;
This role is an HOURLY paid position working a "Hybrid Workweek"; being 3 days a week in office, two days remote. In office days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
