Job Summary
Established law firm seeking legal intake help to assist our team of attorneys. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in a long-term position with growth potential.
For this position, interpersonal abilities, self-confidence, and no excuses are a must. We value intelligence, creativity, optimism, maturity, work ethic, focus on details, and an interest in growth. We are, however, requiring a four-year degree.
Experience with intake in a law firm is preferred, but not required. An applicant who is fluent in Spanish would be ideal but, again, not required.
Candidates should be tech-savvy with basic Office knowledge and skills/confidence to learn new software quickly. They must have an ability to multitask and stay organized on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities Include:
- Representing our firm in person, on the telephone, and through texts/emails. This job requires frequent professional interactions with potential clients and their family members, all of whom are in stressful situations. A calm demeanor is important, as well as compassion and empathy.
- Providing basic administrative tasks as needed for our attorneys and paralegals.
