What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Advocate and Education Specialist position at Magis Advisory Group?
Magis Advisory Group is a privately held consulting and financial services firm serving clients in the areas of employee benefits, corporate sponsored retirement plans, and financial services. We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team.
We strive to be greater for our clients and our team members and have a strong commitment to servant leadership. We welcome candidates with at least three years’ experience in the area of employee benefits who have a desire to provide unwavering support to our clients delivered via excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a large volume of calls daily from our clients and their employees and work as a liaison between them and the insurance carriers. You will advocate on behalf of our clients to achieve resolution for their claims issues and manage and coordinate post-transition client communications from insurance carriers. You will also lead open enrollment and education meetings for our clients’ employees.
Ideal candidates for this position will hold an active Ohio Life & Health Insurance license, be empathetic and patient, and possess a sincere desire to serve others. Further licensing and credentials are encouraged, paid for, and rewarded.
