We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, managing customer accounts, and supporting the customer service agents to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for providing top-tier solutions to our clients. This position will interact directly with our Dealers, end use customers and customer prospects to share product knowledge, confirm pricing information, and manage order processing consistent with the published lead-time schedule. The Inside Sales Specialist is a frontline Brand Ambassador tasked with building and maintaining a positive relationship between Magline and our Dealers, and end use customers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main telephone contact to Magline Dealers, end use customers and field sales personnel
- Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations and other queries
- Use problem solving skills to offer solutions and ensure our customers’ needs are met
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Magliner solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, availability, and order processing.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and proactively follow up on sales leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Magline’s product offerings and effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
Skills:
- 2 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (preferably in B2B or manufacturing industries).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in material handling or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain solutions.
