- Home based. Travel (50% overnight) to Distribution Centers throughout OH Pittsburgh and Buffalo. NO WEEKEND WORK.

- Stability - Magline has never laid off a Route Sales Rep (RSR)
- Avg RSR tenure, 14-yrs

- 1st yr comp $74k-$78k. (Base salary: $62k-$66k. Commission in 2024: $11,800). Top reps earn routinely $85k . Some break $100k.
- ALL expenses covered
- 16 ft comfortable air-conditioned box truck. Tools & equipment provided.
- Training
- No micromanagement
- 1st week, 4 nights. Travel to Cincinnati, then work your way back along I-71 into Cleveland on Friday.
- 2nd/3rd wk, 3 nights each. Pittsburgh leg one week. Buffalo leg one week. Mon-Thu each week. Work Cleveland area Friday.
- 4th wk, local week, NO overnights. Hub-and-spoke from home to Distribution Centers in Cleveland, Akron, Canton
- Above is approximate, based on customer needs.
- 50% overnight - GREAT for some, not others. Make sure you/your family are good with this.
- Route Sales Pros (from firms like Coca-Cola, beer/wine distributors, food/beverage distribution, water (like Crystal Springs), uniforms & textiles (Cintas, UniFirst, Aramark), dairy, snack food (Frito-Lay, vending), others (Ecolab, coffee & refreshment delivery, etc.)
