Requirements
The Director of Sales and Marketing will need:
- A demonstrated track record of progressive success and growth
- An Entrepreneurial mindset
- 10 years Sales and Sales Leadership, with experience in the area of solution selling, new account acquisition, and existing account growth
- An understanding of “what it takes” mentality
- Produce industry experience
- Willingness to relocate to the metro Milwaukee area
