Job Responsibilities: Mission: Hold an ownership of L2 driving feature development up to City-NOA, interacting with Product, System, Vehicle test departments, supplier and partner, etc. Dedicated on designing and deliver quality assured feature software components including decision, PNC and map data processing, etc., embedded with multiple SoC and midware. Meanwhile, other activities shall also be carried out during development, e.g. architecture design & work products, documentation, issue analysis, V&V test plan & support, test cases, etc. 负责自动驾驶L2 功能软件的设计、开发、交付，包含决策、规控、地图定位等模块，功能边界上探至城市NOA。功能软件覆盖多平台方案，例如不同传感器配置、SoC芯片及中间件。同时涵盖开发过程中的过程输出物交付，如架构设计、过程文档、问题分析、测试计划及测试用例等。 Position Responsiblity: Develop, design and optimize feature SW to realize L2 ADAS features, based on product definition or system requirement.根据产品定义或系统需求正向设计和开发功能算法软件， 以实现L2 自动驾驶功能。 Break down System level requirement into SW requirements and maintenance.分解、编写、维护软件层级需求。 Feature or algorithm module performance tuning/data analysis/debug.功能算法调试。 ASW architecture design including core allocation, interface definition, task scheduling, SOA design and BSW co-work.应用层软件架构设计。 Work product delivery during unit/feature/ASW integration, test, release and quality audit.支持应用层软件集成、质量评审和软件释放，并负责流程中的输出物。 Position Requirements: Engineering bachelor or above.理工科学士及以上学位。 5 years or above ADAS related development working experience, successful series launch project experience of L2 AD features.5年以上自动驾驶行业相关研发岗位工作经历，并具有L2 自动驾驶量产项目经验。 Fluent English and good communication skill.英语流利。 Hands-on experience and solid knowledge in mathematical foundation of ADAS feature realization, e.g. strategic & tactical planner (such as Lattice), decision management and controller development.深入了解自动驾驶系统功能实现原理及主流规划、控制、决策算法，并具有实际开发经验。 Solid programing skill with C , one additional language (including MBD) is a plus, e.g. MATLAB/Simulink/C/Python.熟练掌握C 及至少一门其他编程语言，含MBD。 Deep understanding of SW architecture of L2 features, capability of architecture design considering sensor setup and computing resource对L2 自动驾驶的上层软件架构有一定理解，有能力结合传感器和算力资源配置设计搭建模块框架、信号流等。 Familiar with Linus/QNX OS and AutoSAR CP/AP.熟悉Linux/QNX操作系统，熟悉AutoSAR CP/AP。 Good understanding of automotive software development fundamentals and process, capability of applying Aspice as well as Agile process in software development.熟悉汽车电子嵌入式软件开发流程，可根据项目定义遵循Aspice或敏捷流程进行软件开发。 Capability of use debug & simulation tool chain, equipment and techniques to verify proper functioning of algorithm.熟练使用数采及仿真工具链和设备对算法功能进行各层级验证。 Experience on Mobileye product solutions is a plus对Mobileye产品有相关开发经验，对其感知性能有深入了解者优先。 Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
