QUALIFICATIONS
We operate 24/7/365 to meet our clients' needs and respond quickly to emergencies. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a rotating on-call schedule. Here's what you need for this entry-level role:
- Punctuality, dependability, and ability to take initiative
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 80 pounds
- Ability to wear PPE and work in various environments (outdoors, indoors without air conditioning, areas with microbial growth, etc.)
- Ability to work overtime
- Willingness to work holidays as needed

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our entry-level Assistant Water Mitigation Technician works closely with more experienced techs to support successful mitigation and restoration projects. Following your lead's instructions, you assist with various physical tasks on the job site, communicate with team members, and grab the correct supplies from the warehouse. You help maintain work vehicles as well as organize and clean tools and equipment. When emergencies or weather events occur, you answer the call for help and respond quickly to assist with disaster response efforts. As time passes, you develop your trade skills and become a more capable technician.
