Job Responsibilities: What you can expect You will have the chance to participate in the development of state-of-the-art automotive safety systems, that ultimately save lives and reduce traffic injuries Daily activities include: algorithm requirement engineering, design and documentation of the concept, implementation for the target platform using C/C and Python, usage of dedicated simulation environments for testing You will be part of a team which defines, creates and customizes the Thermal Sensing products To assure that the project is developed according to Magna quality strategy What you'll bring University Degree (Computer Science, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics) Advanced C/C programming Advanced Knowledge of Signal and Image Processing applied in automotive industry  Advanced Mathematics and Algorithmic skills Knowledge about Image Segmentation, Pattern Recognition, Image Preprocessing, Image Classification, Object Detection Basic Knowledge of Machine Learning - Deep Neural Networks/Convolutional Neural Networks Basic Python programming Previous experience in a similar position (Computer Vision Algorithm Developer) – min 3 years or PHD in relevant field and 1 year in a similar position What we offer Flexible working hours and remote work Health programs, sports and team events An extensive training program and exciting internal development opportunities Meal allowance Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
