Das Leistungsspektrum von MAGNA Energy Storage Systems umfasst die Entwicklung und Produktion von Tanksystemen und -komponenten für PKW, Hybrid-, Erdgas- und Wasserstofffahrzeuge und auch LKW. Für unseren Standort in Kerpen suchen wir ab sofort dich als Elektroniker Automatisierung Instandhaltung Automotive (m/w/d). Deine Aufgaben Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit bestehender, automatisierter Industrieanlagen und -maschinen sowie der Haus- und Betriebstechnik für die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Fertigung Durchführung und Dokumentation von Inspektionen und geplanten Instandsetzungen sowie von anfallenden Reparaturen und vorbeugenden Wartungen Datensicherung und Programmierung vorhandener Steuerungen, einschließlich Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Unterstützung bei der Implementierung, Inbetriebnahme und dem Test automatisierter Neuanlagen bzw. Umbau an vorhandenen Anlagen Mitarbeit im Rahmen von KVP und Problemlösungsworkshops Wissen und Ausbildung Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar Erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Instandhaltung und Automatisierungstechnik wünschenswert Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Bedienung / Programmierung / Fehlersuche von SPS gesteuerter Anlagen (Siemens S7, TIA-Portal / B&R Steuerungssysteme) und von Industrierobotern (Kuka KR C4 / Cloos Schweiß Roboter Qirox) Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz Gute Deutschkenntnisse Bereitschaft zu Wechselschichtarbeit (Frühschicht, Spätschicht & Nachtschicht) Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
