We are seeking an experienced and talented Pest Expert to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with an “ownership” mindset over a route and their clients. This candidate will have previous sales experience or a hunger to further their career beyond the standards set by the pest control industry
This individual will report directly to the Branch Leader and Regional Operations Manager.
The role is located in the Charlotte NC.
What You’ll Do
- Consistently provide regular pest control treatments to both residential and commercial clients along your designated routes, ensuring each application aligns with the high standards and practices set by our branch and Magna Pest Solutions (MPS).
- Adhere to the predefined protocols and service offerings included in our standard packages, maintaining the integrity and quality of our services.
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver for our customers, adept at addressing their concerns and crafting solutions that not only resolve their issues but also align with MPS's best interests.
- Communicate these solutions effectively, ensuring clarity and satisfaction for the client while upholding our company’s standards and goals.
- Diligently collect accurate customer data, which is crucial for enabling effective strategies across other channels and enhancing our marketing efforts within MPS.
- Take initiative to enhance your route density by implementing strategies you've learned through MPS Revenue channel training, such as cloverleafing, distributing door hangers, and leaving behind informative materials.
- Encourage and collect positive service feedback via the “Google Review” portal, leveraging these testimonials to bolster your route’s reputation and service credibility.
- Use your exceptional service delivery as a springboard for route expansion, tapping into the MPS referral program to foster growth and extend our reach through satisfied customers.
Who You Are

- You possess a 'get-it-done' attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on with enthusiasm and efficiency.
- You are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and can handle the physical demands of the job, including walking, running, crouching, and crawling.
- Fluent in English, you can understand, speak, read, and write, ensuring clear and effective communication with our clients and team.
- A clean criminal record is essential, with no felonies or misdemeanors related to theft. Your integrity is paramount to us.
- You must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, with an acceptable driving record
- With a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the role, you thrive in environments that require flexibility and innovation.
- You are self-sufficient, capable of working effectively without constant supervision or micromanaging.
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen is a must, ensuring safety and compliance with our strict health standards.
