Sales Director, Legal
(Remote position based in Michigan)
Our client offers innovative legal tech solutions to personal injury and mass tort law firms. Their solution integrates with the leading providers in the country! They are growing rapidly and in pursuit of their newest sales hire.
The Sales Director will utilize their network to bring on additional law firm clients using outbound sales methods, relationship building, and leveraging a strong network within the legal industry. In this role, they will attend tradeshows, build new connections, and grow their market share to the next level!
Uncapped commissions and incredible earnings potential.
Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities, leveraging your prospecting skills and network of relationships to build long-lasting partnerships with law firms in North America
- Convert qualified opportunities via phone, email, and through conducting product demonstrations
- Take full ownership over the sales cycle, forming relationships with key stakeholders on the client side
- Stay up to date on market trends and act as a source of knowledge to clients regarding legal services
- Work closely with their leadership team and cross-functional teams to impact sales strategy and utilize data to optimize the sales funnel
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant sales experience in the legal space
- Experience selling Legal Tech solutions to law firms (preference for personal injury)
- Rolodex of customers in the legal industry and familiarity with a variety of legal services
- Proven experience and track record connecting with key decision-makers at law firms. Experience establishing and maintaining connections with plaintiff firms is an asset.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
