Who we are looking for
- Three (3) years of maintenance experience as a Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive JIT.
- Trade school certified as an industrial Electrician/Millwright or an equivalent combination of education and experience; journey worker certification preferred.
- Experience operating a powdered industrial forklift and performing aerial work.
- Fabrication experience, including blueprint reading/interpretation, machining (lathe, Bridgeport, and bandsaw), and welding.
- Ability to interpret & apply measurements in both the Imperial and Metric systems; ability to use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and measuring tape.
- Ability to read/understand ladder logic PLC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and shop tools.
- Basic computer skills, including e-mail management and task management software.
