Technical Management Manager wanted in Novi, Michigan to be responsible for planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent management process across the Magna Seating Americas; Maintain a positive employee relations environment, as governed by the Magna Employee's Charter, and provide guidance and support to employees and management, assists with the resolution of concerns, and supports the Open-Door Policy. As a SME for Talent Management process for Seating Americas Organization, support the design and implementation of global talent management processes, strategies and standards working with the global talent management team. Support the Succession Planning Process for the Americas region – training, support for divisions and preparation of data. Lead the annual performance management process for the Americas including training, support for divisions, metrics report out and process improvement. Support the design and development of talent development programs including benchmarking, best practice sharing and program tracking. Support and implement development planning process within the Americas region including training, division support and programs support. As a SME for Talent Acquisition Process for Americas region, support Talent Acquisition Process, including benchmarking, best practice sharing, training, support for divisions, metrics report out and process improvement. As a SME for Learning Process of Americas region, support Learning Process including benchmarking, best practice sharing, training, support for divisions, metrics report out and process improvement. Lead HRIS improvements for talent management processes including best practice sharing, new system implementations, process improvements. Maintain recruitment KPIs and strategize methods to continually improve. Prepare and present KPI reports with management. Create a talent pipeline of candidates for future growth with the organization. Support Internal / External Audit efforts regarding ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 Certification for remote site location (Group Office). Support the requirements as detailed in Standard Operating Procedure 8000 (Quality Management System). Requires a Masters degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Organizational Leadership and 24 months of related experience as a HR Manager, HR Program Manager, HR Specialist or HR Analyst. The related experience must include providing support to the employer's divisions to ensure compliance with HR programs, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HR programs. Ensuring all procedures followed by the HR team comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, guaranteeing good performance in internal, external, and government audits including global onboarding programs, talent acquisition policies, and talent management and development programs; Utilizing behavior assessment tools such as Hogan, DISC, and Hogan 360º for behavioral assessment. Implementing talent acquisition processes and programs, including performance management, succession planning, competency models, onboarding, mentoring, and career development; Providing ongoing support to management in the annual review of these programs and serving as an SME for PeopleNET; Planning and creating regional training programs, encompassing the development of training curricula and materials, the selection of suitable delivery methods, the facilitation of training sessions, and the evaluation of training impact with programs such as the Emerging Talent Program, Middle Management Program, and Mentors development. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; M-F, $123,786.00 per year.
