Job Responsibilities: Assist with Data Entry, Auditing and Employment Verifications Assist with processing E-Verify, Form I-9 and EEOC forms Create, distribute, and process Status Change Notices Support pre-onboarding activities Assist with recruitment activities, including but not limited to screening candidates Assist with New Hire Orientations Audit Job Descriptions on file Audit HR Intranet site documents Assist with personnel file management Assist with Summer Intern Coordination, including but not limited to evaluations and end of internship presentations Handle other duties and special projects, as assigned by the HR Department Requirements: High School Diploma Currently attending a College or University in the field of Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Junior or Senior level status preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Effective and efficient time management skills Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
