Job Responsibilities :
Position Responsibilities :
- Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all EHS policies and procedures is sustained.
- Ensure conformance to IATF 16949 quality management standards is sustained. Maintain process procedures and documentation as applicable. Identify and suggest changes to procedures as appropriate.
- Employee Relations :
Investigate and find resolution for employee concerns in a timely fashion. Ensure resolution is fair and consistent and complies with Magna Charter & Principles.
Maintain communications for various forms of media including television screens, newsletters, Magna apps, bulletin boards, etc.
Facilitate requisition process, create job postings, coordinate and participate in interviews, and coordinates candidate hiring process.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires which includes participates or supports new hire orientation, ensuring workspaces are available and ready at start of assignment, new hire paperwork, performing E-Verify, etc. Coordinate new hire data entry with shared service team.
Ensure hourly performance reviews are completed in a timely fashion and provide clear and thorough feedback.
Support employees at all levels of the organization with interpretation and administration of HR related policies and processes to ensure fairness and consistency.
Administer all benefit programs and serve as a resource on benefit questions or concerns.

Role model ethical standards, professionalism, and code of conduct.
Complete assigned trainings within identified deadlines.
Propose new ways to make processes become automated and digitalized.
Support and / or participate in monthly plant wide employee meetings.
Projects, audits, reports, programs, KPIs, etc.
