Job Responsibilities: As a material handling team leader you will lead a growing team of material handling operators. You will be responsible for personnel planning and achieving the defined KPIs in your area of responsibility. Your Responsibilities: Personnel planning and responsibility for achieving logistics KPIs (safety, quality, timing, costs, morale) Operational material handling processing Development and implementation of new processes in the warehouse Creation and optimization of material flow strategies Conducting site studies Supporting material flow planners for optimized utilization of resources Who we are looking for: High school Graduate (or equivalent) Planning competence and knowledge of material flow optimization Several years of experiences in logistics (automotive industry preferred) Fluent in English Your preferred qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of professional experience in the automotive industry Experience in launching a warehouse Experience in leading a team Spanish language skills Experience in SAP Knowledge of operating a forklift Details on our benefits package will be provided during the recruitment process.
