Job Description
MAGNA-TILES is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support and enhance our relationships with independent toy stores across the country.
This role will involve managing regional sales representatives, ensuring independent toy stores are well-stocked, driving replenishment efforts, and facilitating the introduction of new products. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating store-level programs that engage local communities and drive foot traffic.
We are a collaborative team, and strong teamwork skills are essential. You'll collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Marketing, and Finance.

Responsibilities
- Regional Rep Management: Provide guidance and support to regional sales representatives to maintain strong partnerships with independent toy stores.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels at stores, ensuring they remain well stocked with MAGNA-TILES products to meet customer demand.
- Replenishment and New Items: Drive replenishment orders and facilitate the introduction of new items to keep store offerings fresh and aligned with consumer trends.
- Program Development: Design and implement store-level programs to increase community engagement and drive foot traffic to retail locations.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and work with regional reps to achieve sales goals.
- Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional reps and independent store partners, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, ideally in the toy or consumer products industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solving skills to design effective store-level programs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. <>
