About the Role :

As a Customer Service Associate at our Durable Goods Manufacturing company in MagnaWave, KY02,located at 2208 Plantside Dr, Louisville, KY 40299 , your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database with relevant information. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our company.

Hours : Monday-Friday 9 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Knowledge of the durable goods manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating the problem, identifying the root cause, and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating the database with relevant information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Skills :

    In this role, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and provide them with the support they need. Your problem-solving abilities will be crucial in resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring their satisfaction. Multitasking and prioritization skills will help you manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and meet their needs in a timely manner. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools will enable you to efficiently handle customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Additionally, preferred qualifications such as previous customer service experience and knowledge of the durable goods manufacturing industry will further enhance your ability to understand and address customer needs.

    Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am to 5 : 00 pm. (This is not a remote position)
