This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team at Cosma International Magna as an HR Specialist. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting employees, managing payroll, and overseeing employee programs. They will also participate in audits and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities: Provide HR support and guidance to employees
Manage payroll, including executing payroll when required
Oversee employee programs, such as shoes, uniforms, glasses, lockers, etc.
Support HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager with projects and special assignments
Participate in various audits, including EOS, IATF, MaFact, etc.
Maintain accurate information on all job boards
Ensure job postings match the job description
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint
Experience with HRIS systems and/or applicant tracking systems
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
