Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates all the activities within the Quality Department to ensure that the group runs efficiently, and quality targets are met at the lowest possible cost.
- Provides resources and support for continuous improvement activities including the improvement of manufacturing processes, safety and product quality and all other functions.
- Manages all facets of internal / external customer activities related to Quality issues and overall customer satisfaction in terms of product quality.
- Complies with the designated IATF-16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management System, Health & Safety and Company rules and guidelines. Ensures systems and processes identify any non-conformance and correcting them in a timely manner.
- Represent management for the adherence to ISO14001, reporting on the performance of the environmental management system to management for review and as a basis for improvement of the environmental system.
- Initiates and controls inspection practices/procedures relating to material processed and workmanship ensuring that incoming material and parts, work in progress and finished goods meet pre-determined quality standards.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
- IATF-16949 lead assessor qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Sound knowledge of statistical methods.
Your preferred qualifications:
- Minimum five years’ experience in quality and process control in automotive manufacturing.
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience
