Job Responsibilities :
As a Regional Warranty Manager you will be responsible to measure and improve warranty performance of Magna Electronics products for all customers in the region, collaborating with manufacturing locations and engineering groups. You will be responsible to lead and oversee the failure analysis activities in our manufacturing locations as well as a team of advanced failure analysis engineers and warranty engineers. The Regional Warranty Manager leads the organization using structured problem solving in order to maintain visibility of our warranty performance, correlate dealer findings vs warranty returned parts, identify measures to reduced field product recall risk and maintain customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the regional warranty organization to improve performance metrics and reduce field risk
- Lead the regional warranty center team for root causing of Level 2 analysis and follow up on Level 3 analysis
- Maintain visibility and resolve product safety topics collaborating with Manufacturing Locations and R&D
