Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. This is an in-office position. Occasional evenings, after-hours and weekends may be required due to projects and special events.

Social Media Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, including reels, shorts, testimonials, product demos, and educational content.
- Design engaging social media graphics, GIFs, and motion content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and email content that drive engagement and conversions.
- Optimize content for SEO and social sharing.
- Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Test new content formats and engagement strategies to drive growth.
- Understands the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Highly organized
- Self-starter with critical thinking skills and a creative problem solver
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills for social media and content marketing
- Knowledge of social media analytics and data-driven marketing strategies
- Strong video production and editing skills (Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut preferred)
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Passion for wellness, sports, equine, or health industries is a plus.
- Marketing, Journalism, and/or Communications major, or similar degree and work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
