We are seeking experienced production/assembly team members to join our team! As a production associate, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and testing medical devices and components in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all devices are assembled to meet quality standards and customer requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, climate controlled, environment will be critical to your success in this role. What we are looking for (but we will train an amazing candidate):
0800-1600 Monday through Friday (5x8's) OR 0600-1600 Monday through Thursday (4x10's)
40 hours per week, overtime as needed

What we are looking for (but we will train an amazing candidate):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in electrical medical device production assembly
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attendance and excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
- Good manual hand dexterity
- Experience with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with medical device testing and validation
- Build, assemble and test medical devices and components in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all products are assembled to meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all production activities
- Produce a quality product, following all quality processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively
- Pay increase review after 90 day introductory period
