Duties/Responsibilities
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to move about the facility, including manufacturing and warehouse environments on a periodic basis. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Ability to travel (
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm with some evenings or weekends due to special events or travel.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Cultivate new business leads independently and work leads provided by the company to generate sales. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media, to reach potential clients.
- Product Knowledge & Presentation: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company device offerings. Provide engaging and informative presentations to medical professionals, clinics, and other potential clients.
- Teamwork: Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments (Marketing, Education, and Operations) to ensure cohesive teamwork to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, providing exceptional service and follow-up. Utilize CRM software to track interactions and sales progress.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to industry regulations, core values, and company policies. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and team performance.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client locations, conferences, and trade shows. Work from our Louisville, KY headquarters when not traveling.
- Understands the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Proven/documented track record of sales success. We want to understand your process of converting prospects from lead to sale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

- Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to be hands-on
- Proficiency in CRM software, Odoo preferably, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C/Medical/Pharmaceutical sales
- Experience with PEMF equipment is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
