Company Description
Magnet ABA is a smaller and selective company seeking only the highest quality analysts and technicians. Magnet ABA offers in-home, in school/daycare and community based ABA services for individuals, including 1:1 ABA therapy with trained behavior technicians, parent/caregiver training, and collaboration with schools and other service providers. Individualized treatment plans target areas such as reducing challenging behaviors, improving communication and social skills, and daily living skills. We also ensure that you are assigned an experienced and qualified analyst to oversee all aspects of treatment, as well as ensuring that an appropriate technician has been matched to the individual receiving services both based on skills and personality.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Clarksville, TN for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves conducting initial assessments, providing quality supervision to technicians, providing parent training at least two times a month minimum, maintaining quality communication with your team and setting a stellar example of what it means to maintain ethical practices and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental or behavioral disorders.
- A dedication to the BACB code of ethics, maintaining integrity and utilizing strong clinical judgment to determine what is most appropriate and beneficial for the client
