* Design, schedule, and coordinate general upkeep, major repairs, remodeling, or construction projects
* Collect fees, including assessments, rentals, deposits, insurance, taxes, or other operating expenses
* Determine whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, real estate, finance, or related field
* Three to five years of experience in property management or a related field
* Proven track record of success in managing property portfolios
