The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with sales people and strategists, and who is truly passionate about working with tech and finserve brands, as well as several other brand categories. While the role is largely focused on creative development, packaging and pitching, there is a diversity of work across digital storytelling formats (video, social, podcast, event strategy). The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of pitches from a storytelling and creativity perspective -- but most importantly, meeting client expectations and driving business goals.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographical location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Magnet Media's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include 401k match program, Paid Time Off policy and other programs sponsored by the company.

Job Functions:
- Develop and produce creative concepts and strategies based on the unique needs of each client and project
- Lead creative pitches and creative client presentations
- Expertise in deck creation
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Account Managers, Design and Producers to create scalable marketing solutions for top Brands
- Serve as Head Creative on some strategic and top tier accounts
- Understand our client's business and value in order to fully convey the benefits, and bring their value proposition to life in a creative way for an audience
- Oversee post-production of videos and podcasts (to ensure storyboards, animations and editor's cuts meet the project's vision)
- Serve as final check-point for our team's projects (from a creative standpoint) to ensure creative consistency and the brand's standards are met
- Ensure projects are completed in timely manner (in partnership with our project management team)
- Respond well to and incorporate client feedback while maintaining the integrity of the storytelling
- Experience presenting to senior clients and prospects
- Ability to test and learn innovative and emerging creative solutions, including AI technology
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience
- Experience working with Tech and Finserve brands is ideal
- Ability to use insights and data to inform creative concepts
- Ability to translate brand's goals into creative concepts, ideas and strategy
- Expertise in staying on top of social, cultural, design and technology trends to inform and elevate creative output.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Superior organization, prioritization, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- An entrepreneurial spirit, tenacious drive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Collaborative, respectful style, able to work with diverse team
- Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work product and demonstrate good follow up and follow through

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
