Summary of Role

Associate Producers work with multiple internal stakeholders to create outstanding work for online video and branded content for global brands. Working closely with clients, Associate Producers serve as the front-line communication and ideation for integral projects and manage each production. Associate Producers are involved in the inspiration, conception, scoping, budgeting and scheduling of projects ranging from animation to live action to live stream.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage Pre- and Post-production processes in order to ensure accurate launch, execution and completion of all project milestones
• Responsible for administration duties related to your assigned projects. Duties include budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, tracking of hours, and all related deliverables
• Determine production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules and management policies.
• Develop creative approaches to client and / or project issues
• Continually assess and evaluate processes and offer creative solutions where there is need for improvement
