Job Overview
Magnet Medical is seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to perform diagnostic imaging procedures for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining the procedure and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Operate and calibrate CT scanners to obtain high-quality images.
- Review CT images for quality and work closely with radiologists to ensure that images meet diagnostic standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging procedures and assist in diagnosing medical conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field.
- Registered RT (R) credential from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Current certification in basic life support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
