Job Description
Magnet Medical is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a travel nursing contract in the beautiful state of Washington.
The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, assessing patients' conditions, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Assess patients' conditions, triage based on severity, and provide immediate care as needed.
- Evaluate patient history, conduct physical assessments, and identify urgent health issues to prioritize care.
- Collect vital signs and relevant data to determine immediate care needs.
- Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed, including IV fluids, antibiotics, pain management, and other emergency medications.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:
- A current RN license and certification in Emergency Nursing.
- At least 2 years of experience in an ED setting.
