**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Patient Care:
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, prioritizing patient safety.
- Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and clinical progress.
2. Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
3. Education:
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and discharge plans.
