We are seeking a skilled and compassionate travel nurse RN to join our team in the Med-Surg unit at our facility in North Adams, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient vital signs and lab results, and assisting with activities of daily living.
