Job Description
Magnet Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a dynamic and challenging role in Colville, Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Develop Individualized Care Plans: Create and implement care plans based on patient assessment and physician orders.
- Administer Medications and Interventions: Provide prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions to ensure patient safety.
- Monitor Patient Vital Signs: Track lab results, clinical progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
What We're Looking For
A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Med-Surg nursing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize patient safety and comfort.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
- At least 6 months of experience in Med-Surg nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
