Magnet Medical seeks a travel nurse RN for a long-term care position in North Dakota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to residents in long-term care settings, focusing on managing chronic conditions and promoting quality of life.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory diseases through ongoing assessment, education, and coordination of care.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote independence and improve outcomes.
- Offer emotional support and advocacy for residents, addressing their psychosocial needs and facilitating access to supportive services and resources.
Requirements:
