Social Media Specialist (Part-Time Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to help build and manage our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content, including posts, videos, and other multimedia, across various social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

2. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

3.Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.

4.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

5.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

1.2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.

2.A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media work (e.g., campaigns, content, or videos).

3.Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

6.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

7.Part-time availability (flexible hours).

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.

2.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.

3.Familiarity with paid social media advertising.
